Office Manager & PA Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Office-based - 9 am - 5.30 pm
A leading boutique investment property consultancy is looking for an Office Manager & PA for their office based in Mayfair, West End. The role will be providing administrative support to the property consulting team while also managing reception and general office operations. Looking for an experienced Office Manager & PA with a high level of organisation and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintain equipment and supplies, and optimise operational efficiency
2. Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, expense reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
3. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for partners and team members. Ensure effective time management and prioritisation
4. Welcome clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a polished and professional front-of-house experience
5. Plan and book travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
6. Oversee website updates, social media accounts, and marketing campaigns to align with branding goals
7. Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, copy typing, and managing mail outs
8. Providing PA support to the main partner and minor support to 3 partners with diary management, scheduling meetings, insurance claims and personal travel bookings
Experience Required:
1. Previous Office Management/PA support
2. Advanced Outlook and Word skills and Excel knowledge
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Strong confidentiality, organisational, and time management skills
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a "muck-in" attitude
6. Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
