Programme Manager/Lead - Hybrid Role in London - Inside IR35
Overview:
* Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to organizational standards across all departments.
* Assess the long-term strategic roadmaps of key clients and help shape service offerings that align with their business objectives.
* Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of program development.
* Create comprehensive project plans along with relevant communication materials.
* Ensure clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Skills:
* Proven experience in launching business capabilities, introducing new services to market, and driving successful service rollouts.
* Strong knowledge of the commercial risk and broking environment is preferred.
* Experience in implementing policy management and claims systems (preferably in a broking context).
* In-depth knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies, with the ability to apply them pragmatically based on the specific audience or situation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex teams, including dedicated project and business analysis capabilities, as well as subject matter expert (SME) resources across different regions.
Additional Requirements:
* Desirable: Fluency in French (native-level preferred).
* Desirable: Previous experience working within or for the EMEA region.
