We are now recruiting for an Inbound Supervisor to join our team at Great Bear Desborough on a full time and permanent position.
Job Description
* Manage the rework team to achieve daily productivity.
* Positively & constructively manage any performance issues.
* Adhere to all required reporting procedures.
* Provide support to your rework team in resolving any training requirements, issues, or concerns.
* Ensure the Warehouse meets and exceeds customer service requirements.
* Be active in the operation when required.
* Performance Management of daily rework KPI targets.
* Maintain stock integrity.
* Adhere to inbound rework schedule.
* Proactively manage rework in regards to:
o Monitoring of volume of rework pallets completed.
o Quality checking of finished goods.
o Batch Management and Management of damages.
o Health & Safety – responsible for SSOW compliance of all rework staff including agency.
Qualifications
* Flexibility in working additional hours/shift as per the needs of the business.
* Working knowledge of rework would be an advantage.
* Ability to performance manage in the form of counselling.
