Rate of Pay: £12.59 per hour
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Officer to join our team in Omagh. This position is perfect for someone looking to play a key role in administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of grant claim processing.
Main Duties Include:
1. Prompt and accurate verification and payment of grant claims.
2. Maintaining spreadsheets to record the submission of claims, payment dates, and claim values.
3. Understanding various Scheme rules and procedures to validate claims.
4. Filing, creating containers, and ensuring all documents are properly saved.
5. Data entry, spreadsheet creation, and updating Scheme and Government Funders Databases.
6. Management of post.
7. Photocopying and scanning.
8. Management and ordering of stationery.
9. Managing incoming calls.
10. Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
11. 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English (grades A to C) or Level 2 equivalent (evidence required).
12. Successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
