Our international business is rapidly expanding and were looking for a talented Junior Branch Merchandiser to join us here at Phase Eight. This is a commercial role focused on driving international expansion for the brand and optimising our product range across various markets. The Junior Branch Merchandiser will manage all aspects of the merchandising function, from planning and stock management to store profiling across all international markets and regions. Were growing our international footprint so you will swiftly become a brand expert across our concessions and standalone stores, reacting swiftly to ensure our Phase Eight customer finds the perfect product mix in the right place, at the right time. Key accountabilities for the role include: Store Allocation Planning : Collaborate with the Branch Merchandising Manager to develop seasonal store allocation plans for product ranges. Strategic Stock Management : Proactively manage and optimise the allocation, assortment, and availability of Phase Eight product ranges. Stock Level Analysis : Regularly review store stock levels and propose strategies to improve inventory management and maximise sales, working closely with the Senior Branch Merchandiser and Branch Merchandising Manager Trade Meeting Participation: Attend weekly Trade Meetings, present updates on seasonal performance, and analyse data to inform strategic planning. Store Collaboration : Build strong relationships with Regional and Country Managers, liaise regularly, to gather feedback and make informed decisions. About You This opportunity would suit an Assistant Merchandiser or Senior Assistant Merchandiser with a highly analytical and commercial mindset looking for that next step in their career. Previous international and branch exposure would be highly beneficial for this role although not mandatory. We are looking for a candidate who possesses exceptional Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables with the proven ability to analyse vast amounts of numerical data effectively.
