As Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor you can expect to be involved in:
1. Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in the supervision of casual staff and the delivery of an efficient and high-quality bar/bistro service.
2. Supervising the service of food and drink, plus all aspects of stock and cash control.
3. Working closely with kitchen colleagues to help deliver a first-class dining experience.
4. Ensuring compliance with all aspects of health, safety and hygiene standards and adherence to relevant legislation.
What will you bring to the role?
1. Experience of supervising bar and catering staff to achieve an efficient and excellent food service in a high-volume environment.
2. Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment.
3. Willingness to work flexibly.
4. Health and safety/risk assessment knowledge.
5. Experience of working in a fast food environment or similar.
6. Experience of overseeing staff rotas, stock management, transactions, and training.
7. Knowledge and experience of EPOS and stock management systems.
