Job Title: Site Based Project Manager Location: Edinburgh Project: 230-bedroom Hotel Refurbishment Contract Value: £11M Job Type: Full-time, Site-based (5 days a week) Salary & Package £50,000-£55,000 (hourly rate paid) Reporting to: Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the Hotel refurbishment project. - Conduct site induction, start-ups, and health & safety protocols. - Monitor and update the project program and generate progress reports. - Ensure the project runs on time and within budget. - Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and the trades on site - Supervise all refurbishment works and manage on-site workforce. - Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications. - Provide daily site updates to the Senior Project Manager. - Manage logistics, equipment, and materials for smooth project execution. Requirements: - SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification are mandatory. - Proven experience in hotel refurbishment or commercial office fit-out projects. - Ability to manage projects valued up to £11M. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and lead a team. - Flexibility to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm If you would like to apply for the position, please email me a copy of your up to date CV
