About the Role:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our cloud systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, implementing solutions, and driving efficiencies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our business units to scope and deliver internal cloud IT projects
* Manage and support cloud deployment for external customers and internal teams
* Support end-users and stakeholders
* Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure
* Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
* Create and maintain documentation for cloud environments, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides
* Provide training to end-users on cloud applications and tools
* Assist with the integration of cloud-based applications with existing systems
* Ensure cloud services adhere to security policies and best practices
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or similar IT industry experience
Required Skills:
* At least three years' experience in Cloud IT operations/administration/support role
* A good understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts
* Business proficiency in English
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting
* Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial
* Experience with automation and scripting
* Passion for learning and innovation
Preferred Skills:
ERP or other Business Management Software
