Key Responsibilities:
* Holding technical discovery meetings with partners to assess their capabilities for onboarding as a dropship partner
* Hand-holding partners during the onboarding process, ensuring all data flows correctly through our systems, including test orders and returns
* Being a technical point of contact during and post-onboarding for our Dropship partners, owning all onboarding workstreams
* Gathering requirements for onboarding and coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery
* Maintaining product data and imagery to the expected standard
* Assisting partners with product data enrichment and education on its importance prior to launching online
* Executing daily site checks
* Ensuring documentation and tooling are updated in a timely fashion
* Seeking continuous improvement opportunities and implementing them proactively
Requirements:
* Technical background and strong administrative skills
* Confident working with internal and external stakeholders to manage an efficient onboarding process
* Experience working with projects and delivering to deadlines
* Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
* Problem-solving skills
* Proactive in predicting challenges and finding solutions
* Experience interfacing with Third-Party suppliers
