JUNIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We are growing our pool of talent for exciting new projects and are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician with robust troubleshooting skills and an attention to detail. You can expect to be involved in resolving a wide range of technical issues, from software installations and hardware repairs to network connectivity problems and user account management. You will join a team of dedicated IT professionals and will work with employees across all departments to ensure their technology needs are met.
You should be able to demonstrate:
* Basic troubleshooting skills: Understanding of common hardware and software issues and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions for resolution.
* Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Attention to detail: Careful documentation of issues and solutions.
* Familiarity with basic IT concepts: Understanding of operating systems, networks, and common software applications.
* Eagerness to collaborate: Willingness to work as part of a team and learn from experienced technicians.
