£1666.60 - £1700 per month (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
It is crucial for our teaching assistant have passion within this field for our students to receive the best possible support during their time with us. As a member of our team, you will need a strong aspiration to help our pupils further their growth academically and personally. Working in this primary school as part of a trustworthy team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis with pupils with SEND. This role is suited for those who enjoy working with younger pupils in KS1. You will be the pupils support network providing varied methods to help students progress their academic abilities throughout their time in school.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have.
1. Experience of working with primary school aged children
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
3. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
4. An ability to work as part of a team.
5. Able to provide a safe environment.
6. Create a positive and healthy environment for the children with an array of activities.
7. Communicate efficiently with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievement.
