Job summary As a Team Leader you will guide and support a multi-disciplinary function enabling the safe and effective utilisation of our fleet and equipment across the South West. Main duties of the job The Service Centre Team Leader is responsible for the day to day leadership of friendly, professional teams ensuring thatvehicle and equipment maintenance is carried out to the highest standards. As a Team leader you will ensure that we meet the maintenance and service plans against agreed departmental KPIs and job cycle times. The successful candidates will manage the implementation and delivery of a continuous improvement and workplace methodology for fleet maintenance activities. You will demonstrate compassionate and collaborative leadership, supporting a diverse team, whilst having a keen eye for detail and a desire to help grow and improve the Fleet and Equipment service across a geographically large area.
