Job Summary Based in our East Cowes facilities, and reporting into the Head of Facilities, Maintenance and Industrialisation, the Tooling MRO Team Leader is responsible for building the capability of their team to ensure Tooling issues never impact operational schedules. This role contributes to planning and is responsible for managing their team to manufacture new tools, modifications & perform repairs to broken Aircraft tooling. This will be achieved by deploying the One Aerospace strategy, specifically Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Aircraft Tooling, including standardisation, training, coaching and implementing best practices. There will also be s strong focus on leading and developing a small team. Inspection of Tooling, whereby company systems have been used to generate workflows / operations. This includes subsequent closure of workflows, where applicable Job Qualifications Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate the following: - Demonstrable previous experience of leading and developing a high-performing team; - Experience working with a Lean Operating Model / Production System; - Equipment/building maintenance experience gained within the Aerospace industry - A passion for the Aerospace industry - Detailed knowledge of Maintenance Systems (Fiix) - Professional qualification in an Engineering discipline would be advantageous; - Lean or Six Sigma certification by a reputable certifying body or benchmark company would be desirable;
