CREATIVE
A skilful dreamer, designer, and doer - you’ll work across major brand activations and experiential events for high-
profile clients.
We’re looking for a playful creative who has a strong conceptual mind. Someone who can translate an idea into a brand experience through set build, lighting, food and drink, and styling elements. You’ll lead on projects from concept to install and support the team across large scale activations.
You’ll play an active and collaborative part in contributing to the company’s creative output. Working with producers, graphic designers, and suppliers to deliver work that goes beyond the expected and experiences that stop people in their tracks.
We’re looking for passion, energy, and strong creative eye – a creative who is excited to push their skillset and grow with us as a business.

We are a new-generation, multi-discipline, experience design studio.
Taking you clients from concept to delivery, we create culture-smart brand experiences that bring joy to clients and their audience. We do not believe in “one size fits all” propositions and think that powerful design doesn’t always have to be serious to get serious results.
A perfect blend of strategy, creative, design and production. We dream and deliver pop-up shops, dinners, parties, press trips, photoshoots, activations and packaging design toolkits on our home turf and abroad. We work with brands to produce experiences that are playfully chic and perfectly timed.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:
Internal
* LeadCreative(line manager)–you’ll work closely with them and report to them on day-to-day successes, developments as well as any challenges along the way.
* Producers–you’ll will work in tandem with the producers to deliver projects
* Graphic designers–you’ll work closely with them to realise ideas and brief in graphic elements
External
* Suppliers such as florists, set build, lighting, tech, stylists etc.

Internal
* Regularly share current trends and cultural insights

EXPERIENCE:
* Able to suggest, design and specify designs which are in budget and the right solution(logistical constraints)
* Able to create in budget styling/set and dressing lists
* Able to collaborate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality output
* Gather, prep and pack styling items ready for the live event
* On-sitestyling
* On-site event delivery–UK and overseas. Sometimes working weekends and evening as required
* Making sure all projects are wrapped properly and marketing content is captured and shared
* Communicate in a clear, positive, and constructive manner
* Bring optimism to your day-to-day tasks
* Actively engage in company culture
To be considered for this position we are looking for people with min 3 years’ experience working within a creative, event or experiential agency. You must have a degree within the creative arts.
SKILLS:
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Powerpoint and Excel
Sketch-up or any other 3D skills are a bonus
SALARY & TIME COMMITMENT
This role is predominately office based (we imagine at least 2/3rds of your time would be in the office) and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time.
Salary would range between £32-45,000 depending on experience.

WHY JOIN US?
Flexi working times– The team can work their 7.5 hours with a start and finish that suits them. This is completely up to the team member to decide on their own accord but of course altered working hours must not disrupt the wider team or the paying client.
Training – We are proud to offer training to all employees including group training days with varying themes and topics as well as offering employees further individual training to upskill for the maximum value of £500 per year.
Duvet Days – Our team have 2 duvet days per year. A duvet day can be taken whenever you need a day off at random and you haven’t already requested annual leave. Maybe you’ve just woken up and feel like you need to be alone or you’re super tired and just want to curl up on the sofa. These days are for you.
Holiday - we offer 25 days annual leave per year and after an employee has completed two years working at Heaps + Stacks you are entitled to one day extra holiday per year for each additional year of service, capped at a maximum of 30 days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holiday and National Holidays).
