About Us
We are representing a client nestled in the beautiful Ribble Valley, providing low secure and rehabilitation and recovery services for up to 90 male patients. They take pride in offering high-quality care to our patients, and we were rated Outstanding in all five CQC areas in August 2019.
Our client provides treatment programs that are recovery-focused and delivered by an experienced multidisciplinary team, offering a range of therapeutic services and occupational therapy activities, both in the hospital and within the community.
Due to the expansion of the team, they are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dedicated group of 4.7 consultants.

Key Responsibilities
1. Take clinical responsibility for patients, including conducting ward rounds, risk reviews, and developing a therapeutic environment.
2. Act as the Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983).
3. Contribute to service strategy development and participate in clinical governance meetings.
4. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, contributing to training within the MDT.
5. Provide expert input on patient assessments, formulations, and treatment plans.
About You
We welcome applications from candidates with a CCT in Forensic Psychiatry or Rehabilitation Psychiatry. You will have extensive experience working in a similar environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be a team player who is passionate about working in a multidisciplinary setting and advancing service delivery.
