Warehouse operative

City Auctioneering is a small commercial auction site based in Easter Compton, Bristol and require an extra porter due to the increase in business.

Suitable applicants should possess the following: -

1. An enquiring and practical mindset, including D.I.Y.
2. An eye for detail.
3. A can-do attitude including working to strict deadlines
4. Vehicle owner driver. PLEASE NOTE: There is no public transport available
5. An understanding of online selling is an advantage
6. Enjoy meeting people and working in a small team
7. Literate and numerate

The job comprises

1. Warehouse work - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with 30-minute lunchbreak
2. Manual handling for sale preparation
3. Able bodied, as some lifting is required, very physical job
4. Forklift driver would be an advantage (not essential)
5. Dealing with a wide assortment of items from car spares to electrical stock, ever changing, no two days are the same.
