Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the management of training solution projects.
2. Assist trainers to develop/update training materials.
3. Assist training managers in maintaining the level of training services for customers.
4. Design, budget, and manage the annual training schedule and development plans.
5. Support the marketing/sales team to promote training courses, especially new training courses.
6. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 10 years of working experience.
3. 5 years of both management system certification and training experience is preferred.
4. Fluent oral and written English is a must.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Willingness to learn new knowledge.
