Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering the safe provision of one of the following specific activities with strict adherence to the appropriate regulatory and license obligations for the electricity distribution network, Customer Electrical Connections, Operations & Maintenance, and Investment Projects.
What you'll be doing
You’ll support integration of asset stewardship and ownership values through sound engineering principles and coordinated planning and delivery activities to improve integrity, safety, and longevity of the electrical network. Supporting continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback from internal and external sources.
Being confident you’ll engage with stakeholders with ease, supporting delivery of robust communication activities to facilitate the delivery of project plans and deliverables affecting local communities, customers, and stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To be successful, you will have:
1. Working knowledge of Construction and maintenance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
2. Knowledge and experience of engineering standards and specifications up to 33kV.
3. Project/programme experience, to enable effective delivery of projects and initiatives. Knowledge of the regulatory environment including relevant output and incentive mechanisms.
4. Technical and operational experience in relevant engineering.
