Our key client is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Customer Service Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Taking orders over the phone
2. Dealing with client & customer enquiries
3. Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone
4. Updating customer details on internal databases
5. Dealing with all associated administration
Requirements:
1. Have excellent customer service skills
2. Have excellent communication and listening skills
3. Be computer literate
4. Relationship building skills
5. Can do attitude
6. Data analysis skills
7. Good online eCommerce sense
