Under the Digital First strategy, WPB UK is moving from a data:rich to data:driven organization; the Data and Analytics department are central to this transformation. We deliver data analytics, machine learning (ML) and management information which are used to measure, automate and improve the performance of the business. We are at the heart of customer intelligence and marketing; using ML to communicate the right message, to the right customer, at the right time.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Messaging Operations Analyst. You will work amongst a team of Technical Leads on the innovation of campaign delivery, creation, building of complex campaigns and provide technical coaching/training of others.

In this role you will:

Build and deploy both proactive and reactive messaging campaigns using technologies such as Teradata, VCX and Pega.
:
Proactively identify risk associated with customer data and campaign selection, ensuring the delivery processes are followed and the risk controls are completed.
:
Prioritise workloads against business objectives, adapting to change and identifying and solving problems.

Share knowledge and best practice and provide peer to peer feedback, quality checks and support.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Technologcally proficient with an understating of coding. Advanced SQL or SAS is essential.

Prior experience working in a financial services institution and using CRM systems is highly desirable

Must have an analytical, inquisitive mindset with a keen eye for detail. This should be coupled with an aptitude to problem solve.

The ability to network and manage stakeholders is critical.

Must be organised and able to manage multiple requests in a pressurised, time:sensitive environment.
This role could be based in either Sheffield, Leeds or Chester. Sheffield is the preferred location.
