Service Support Officer in East Dorset Mental Health Social Care Team Are you looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic team? Join our East Dorset Mental Health Social Care team, based between Wimborne and Purbeck CMHT, and the Dorset Forensic Team. About the Role: As a Service Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting Social Workers and Assessment and Support Coordinators who work with adults up to the age of 65 with serious mental illnesses and autism spectrum conditions. Our goal is to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve better outcomes for the adults we support. Key Responsibilities: Responding to internal and external queries Arranging meetings and taking notes Processing referrals Collating and updating information using appropriate databases This role is varied and offers numerous opportunities for different experiences.
