As a Social Worker in the Children and Families Team, you will manage a diverse caseload, conduct assessments, and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of children and families. You will collaborate with multi-agency partners to deliver integrated support and ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Manage a caseload of children and families, providing assessments to identify risks, needs, and strengths.
* Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote children's safety, development, and family stability.
* Work closely with children, parents, and multi-agency professionals to provide comprehensive support and protection.
* Attend and contribute to child protection conferences, family court hearings, and other statutory meetings.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory guidelines and best practices.
* Regularly review care plans to adapt to the changing needs of the child and family.
You will need to be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with experience working within children and families social services, particularly with safeguarding and assessment.
