Key Responsibilities in E-Commerce The support role involves various tasks such as attending important meetings, coordinating work with internal and external stakeholders, organizing marketing materials and tools, and communicating with retail customers. Additionally, it requires collaborating with different departments to gather essential customer information, ensuring its quality and timely delivery. Working with the relevant teams to identify and communicate any possible trends and gaps in the E-Commerce retail Market, both within the UK and Europe.
