THE ROLE IS BROAD AND INCLUDES Multi-tasking on a variety of events at different stages of planning and execution Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for content that will help convert prospects into customers Providing support to colleagues who are managing other events, both in the planning phase and during onsite delivery KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with our external team of copywriters, social media consultants, and PR consultants. Improve our marketing automation software (Salesforce Pardot) to boost conversion rates. Create online and offline marketing collateral using Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and other digital tools. Liaise with our social media external consultant. Manage our monthly newsletter. Work with advertising partners to enhance KPIs and develop AdWords and Facebook marketing campaigns. Implement and innovate on existing marketing strategies and create new ones. Test and measure the effectiveness of your ideas. Come up with content ideas and see them through to completion. Create engaging, on-brand videos of the team and onsite events using social tools like Instagram and TikTok (reels and videos). Support the team by ensuring we get briefs for case studies and website content from various team members. Research and write findings. Be data-driven, good with stats, and ensure we are setting and improving KPIs each month and quarter. Developing content ideas and executing them to completion. Creating engaging video content for social media platforms. Supporting team members by gathering briefs for case studies and website content. ON SITE RESPONSIBILITIES Capturing engaging video content at events to share on social media. Supporting the team during the execution of events. POST EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzing data and performance metrics to improve future marketing strategies. Compiling content for case studies and website updates and social content.
