I am looking for a QA manager and strong civils engineering background. If you have experience as a Quality Assurance Manager working on infrastructure projects this role will give you the opportunity to become an independent function developing and implementing quality management systems on the long term project.
You will be responsible for all QA and inspections etc. This is a freelance/ perm position on a long term major project, and preferably need to have a strong civil background.

Quality Assurance Manager Requirements
Quality Assurance Management experience on a London Underground / Network Rail project
Degree qualified or equivalent extensive experience within a Quality role.
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Practical experience of developing, implementing and improving quality management systems to ISO 9001.
Member of Chartered Quality Institute or an appropriate engineering institute
Be a competent auditor
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage their own time.
Able to encourage and motivate people of all levels.
Quality Assurance Manager Role & Responsibilities
Implement and maintain a Quality Management System to ISO9001 and contract requirements
Implement and maintain a Quality Plan compliant with ISO 10005
Establish self-certification processes and effective way of monitoring this efficiently
Provide training for Quality processes to team
Manage team
Identify supply chain capabilities to meet quality requirements on the project / review their quality plans.
Educate team on acceptance of ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
Compile quality records
Educate and advise on non conformities and issues and analyse trends to identify causes and ways of improvements.
Manage audit process and review on quality management system
Produce information and dashboards for reviews
