Recruitment Onboarding Administrator
We are looking for a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator, on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our successful recruitment organisation at our Chesterfield office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial six-month training period.

Responsibilities:
You will be working within our Operations Support team processing contracts and other onboarding requirements for contractors based at some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and life science organisations, with your main responsibilities including:
1. Administration of contract documentation.
2. Onboarding of new contractors including a range of screening activities.
3. Managing the whole onboarding process from interview, through to offer, to start.
4. Finance administration.
This role involves processing large volumes of data quickly and accurately according to established procedures.
Salary:
We offer a starting salary of £23,000 per annum. For candidates with additional relevant experience, salary is further negotiable.
