We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Midwife to join our friendly and growing team at West Herts as Ward Manager for Antenatal Services and Clinic.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Midwife who is looking for a new challenge in management and leadership, focusing on delivering exceptional care and support to staff and service users.
The postholder will be the key clinical leader for maternity services for the Antenatal Services and Clinic, supporting the Matron for Inpatient Services in ensuring the highest standard of midwifery practice and clinical care is delivered.
The postholder will have a duty to enhance service user and staff experience; provide effective operational leadership and management; and contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s objectives.
With a new hospital planned for Watford and work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital, this is an exciting time to join us.
