The marketing and content role is effectively an assistant to the editor but requires collaboration with the whole team (sales, research) and encompasses a range of administrative, digital marketing, and writing skills.
This is a part-time position, working 25-30 hours per week ideally over 5 days, but 4 days will be considered. The role is hybrid with a 4:1 ratio (1 work from home).

PT Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
* Editorial tasks including proofing and content writing.
* Creating and publishing articles on the website.
* Creating competitions, vouchers, and events for advertisers.
* Liaising with external website developers.
* Sales support administration.
* Creating and maintaining a listings process.
* Liaising directly with researchers.
* Assisting with proofing.
* Assisting sales with introducing the platform and onboarding new clients.
* Digital marketing and social media content.
* SEO and reporting on web traffic.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop a marketing plan.
* Working with sales to create regular B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
* Coordinating large-scale marketing projects.
PT Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
* Experience or ability to learn quickly how to resize photo images in Canva or Paintshop Pro.
* Experience with Dotdigital, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mail Munch, Constant Contact, Meta Ads, and Canva is preferred.
* Ideally, working knowledge of WordPress or another website content management system.
