About the role
Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the premium lounges, cafés, bars, and restaurants across the terminal. Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and managing the F&B Team, including training, conducting appraisals, and colleague development.
* Managing the rostering of the F&B Team.
* Handling the F&B Profit and Loss.
* Managing stock control across the services.
* Embodying the Airport's ‘One Team' culture and being flexible to undertake other activities to support the business needs.
* Understanding that the Airport operates 24/7, and being available for shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
If you possess the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
* Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
* Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
* Detailed understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, and Café) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
* Experience working to KPIs and within budgets.
