In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful service and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy's daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with inquiries, providing friendly and helpful service.
2. Handle sales transactions for over-the-counter (OTC) medications and other products.
3. Provide information on basic healthcare and wellness products, referring complex queries to the pharmacist.
4. Manage stock on the sales floor, including restocking shelves, pricing items, and maintaining a tidy display.
5. Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels.
6. Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and managing customer orders.
