Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX4 8DQ
Type: Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,488 per annum + excellent benefits

The Role
We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to support the smooth running of our Sales Admin unit. Based in Halifax, you’ll work closely with the Sales Department Manager to ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prioritise and complete daily workloads, ensuring SLA deadlines are consistently met.
2. Prepare and finalise quotation documents using Microsoft Word.
3. Communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
4. Process and complete new supplier forms accurately.
5. Maintain organisation and precision in all administrative tasks.
