Highly expertise in product engineering and very detail-oriented technical leader
~ Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
~ Oversee the software development process, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery

~ Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process in collaboration with Engineering Director
~ Promote agile methodologies, engineering best practices e.g. to encourage quality software development
~10-12 years of experience in managing large product-focused engineering teams
~ Oversee the software development process, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
~ Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
~ Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.
~ Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
~ Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.
~ Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies.
~ Maintains high level expertise in their field or sector.
~ Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
~ Personnel and project management skills
