This Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role will give you the opportunity to support students on a personalised level, helping them overcome learning challenges.
About the Role:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with students, focusing on supporting their unique learning needs. Working closely with staff, you’ll provide tailored assistance to help each student thrive.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing individual and small group support to special educational needs (SEN) students.
* Collaborating with teachers to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment as an LSA.
* Supporting behaviour and learning strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.
* Encouraging and fostering students’ social and academic development.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant:
* Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

* Have eligibility to work in the UK.
