Join Flagship Homes as a Sales and Marketing Administrator and play a crucial role in solving the housing crisis. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will support the sales and aftercare team with various administrative tasks to deliver our new build programme and aftercare service. Your role will involve enhancing the Flagship Homes brand by providing outstanding customer service, responding to new homes enquiries from prospective and current homeowners, issuing documents, and ensuring effective record keeping and up-to-date internal systems. You will also maintain our online platforms, including social media pages, website, and Influencer Hub, to ensure brand awareness and effective communication with our customers. Additionally, you will support filming on location, content creation, and idea generation. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your digital, communication, and influencing skills, build relationships within and outside the business, and expand your knowledge of the housing market, Flagship Developments, and customer care. We are looking for someone with experience working within a team and the ability to work on their own initiative. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft packages are essential. An understanding of social media platforms and their use for brand awareness is also important. While not essential, experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable. You should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and hold a full UK driving licence.
