Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors required in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and leading Contractor, based in London, who are seeking an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in tendering process at all stages
2. Sub-contract Tendering
3. Cost Control
4. Cost reporting
5. Liaise with all Internal teams
6. Attend projects meetings
7. Assist with procurement
8. Final Accounts
Requirements:
1. Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree
2. Ideally 1 year of shop fitting surveying experience in the construction industry
3. Relevant IT Skills
4. Excellent oral communication and written skills
5. A good knowledge of Maths
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
8. Confident, articulate, and a critical thinker
9. Ability to work to deadlines
10. Willing to undertake training and development when needed
