IMOS Training Support Supervisor- Rotary RNAS Culdrose, Helston Full time- 38 hours per week Competitive salary plus benefits Serco are recruiting for an IMOS Training Support Supervisor to join the team at RNAS Culdrose in Helston. The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, advice, and co-ordination for all Air Engineering training matters within Merlin Depth Facility. This role will be responsible for ensuring the correct conduct of engineering continuation, professional and career training on the unit. Main Accountabilities: To act as liaison between MDF, Serco training manger and all relevant training providers. To liaise with IMOS Management on the completion of Professional training for all grades of employee from Apprentice to management. (eg the whole workforce as required) To administer and co-ordinate the MDF Training Cell (MDFTC) to ensure that Merlin & related training requirements are met in accordance with the appropriate standards. To act as a point of contact for all unit personnel for all training, development, and career related issues. To provide support/advise for workforce career development, examinations, and qualifications. To act as a point of contact for all external training support visits. To co-ordinate training of qualified to maintain awareness training for apprentices. To act as a Mentor and monitor the progress of trainees under workplace training ensuring key steps are made in their training window. What you’ll need to do the role: Previous experience of managing team. Previous experience of training co-ordination. Excellent organisation skills. Able to communicate at all levels.
