**Job Description:**
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the store team and delivering excellent customer service. This includes coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and managing the store to ensure it remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate the store team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
* Support the Store Manager in managing the store and implementing business plans
* Monitor and control stock levels to minimise waste and maximise sales
* Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work a range of different shifts
