Role: Associate Electrical Engineer (Building Services)

Salary: £65000 - £75000 (Negotiable)
Overview
I am working with a Nottingham-based client who is seeking an Associate level Electrical Engineer. They have recently secured a huge multi-use scheme & a NDA project worth close to £400mil. Their other projects include various decarbonization feasibilities, new build hospitals, schools & hotels. They work across all RIBA stages while getting involved in site surveys and feasibility reports on site.
You'll be overseeing a team of 2 Electrical Engineers, answering questions, QAing work, etc., while focusing on the technical delivery of projects.
There is no requirement to win work, but there is a bonus scheme in place if you do. For example, if you bring in a new client, you will receive 2% of the first 12 months' income from that client. There is also a shared success bonus of 3% salary bonus paid out yearly, significantly supplementing your earning potential.
Despite being primarily WFH (1 day in office a month), the Nottingham office hosts around 6 socials a year, including a big company conference with their Manchester and Birmingham office.
Role
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will be expected to report to the Directors and run a small team of electrical engineers with the delivery of projects.
Ideally you will have:
1. An Electrical Engineering Degree or Building Services Related (Essential).
2. CIBSE Chartership (Ideal)
3. Ability to run projects autonomously
4. Maintaining and developing business relationships.
5. Knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, DIALux, Amtech, Navisworks (preference)
6. Knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
7. The right to work within the UK
