Role Overview: As an ENT Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding outpatient care, covering a wide range of routine ENT conditions, including paediatric care. You will work autonomously within a community setting while collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure efficient service delivery. You will report directly to the Service Manager (Operations) and work closely with the ENT Lead to manage all aspects of the ENT service, aligned with our objectives and goals. The role also involves driving improvements in patient pathways, service efficiency, and overall performance, including financial management. We encourage innovation and creativity to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
