We wish to appoint a Research Associate to work on a project with the TIMELY Team (PI Moore), in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Cambridge. The TIMELY Team is working to build clinically useful digital tools to predict mental health problems in children and young people and to support prevention pathways. The appointee will work with the Research Associate leading the project (Sippy), along with other members of the team at the University of Cambridge and collaborators from the Mental Health Mission, including the University of Manchester, University of Liverpool, and University of Birmingham. The TIMELY Team has created a unique new dataset called CADRE, which combines data drawn from healthcare, social care, education, and other agencies. These data are drawn from de-identified electronic health and care records, and administrative data. When new sources of data are acquired, the dataset must be prepared and harmonised to a common data model. Throughout this process, the Research Associate will need to communicate and coordinate with professionals from multiple agencies. The Research Associate will generate summary reports for each dataset, to compile the available risk factors in each. In addition, they will prepare user guidelines and documentation to support CADRE researchers. Analysis of the data in line with project goals is also possible. They will be responsible for some administrative and support tasks for the team, as well as supervision of junior staff and students. They will be supervised by the project lead and will participate in team meetings. Contribution to publications will be needed.
