If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing administrative support, we want to hear from you!\n\nJOB TITLE: Junior PA\n\nCOMPANY: Property Development\n\nCONTRACT: Permanent\n\nSALARY: up to £30,000\n\nThe Role:\n As a Junior PA, your primary responsibility will be to support the Director and ensure the investment department runs smoothly. You'll be the backbone of the team, helping with various administrative tasks and contributing to the success of our operations.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nManage the Director's diary by booking and recording appointments\nSchedule and record meetings in team diaries\nProvide comprehensive administrative support during the sales process and research\nAssist with raising fee accounts for the Director and team\nReconcile the Director's credit card expenses and process claims on their behalf\nOrganise access to properties for surveys, EPCs, plans, and viewings\nRegister the Director's interest for new properties/transactions with various agents\nPrepare documents, emails, letters, and templates in line with company standards\nTake meeting minutes, ensuring actions are agreed upon and followed up\nAnswer phone calls and pass messages to relevant team members\nMonitor listings and updates on various databases, including Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Rightmove, and more\nUpdate internal schedules and take notes at team meetings\nAssist in preparing marketing materials and canvassing efforts\nReview and regularly update department processes and proceduresSkills and Competencies:\n To excel in this role, you should possess:\n\nStrong organisational, planning, multitasking, and prioritising skills\nResourcefulness and excellent problem-solving abilities\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nA team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively\nInitiative and proactiveness in task execution\nSolid research skills \n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency.
