We are looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising Coordinator; this is an entry-level role that would be perfect if you're looking for a career in fundraising.

Job responsibilities
If you have strong administration and people skills and would love to deliver exceptional experiences and levels of care to all donors and supporters, then this role could be for you.
You will be working on some of our exciting challenge events, such as the London Marathon, our very own StCH Abseil and our Supporter-Led challenge Events programme; all whilst having the best possible experience as part of Team STCH!
Person Specification
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of working in events.
* Demonstrable organisational, administrative, planning and time management skills.
* Demonstrable experience of donor or customer care with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Approachable with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative.
* Resilience and ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver results to a high standard.
* Problem-solver and flexible creative thinker.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to deal sensitively with patients, carers and supporters.
* Ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently.
* Experience using data to make informed decisions.
* Experience of research and benchmarking.
* Previous experience of using a customer relationship, or donor management database (preferably Raisers Edge/NXT).
* Experience of working with volunteers.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully working with suppliers.
* Ability to report on income and expenditure.
