The Area Sales Manager will be critical in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your designated region through working with a combination of existing distributors and installers while developing relationships with new ones.
What you’ll do:
1. Drive network growth of key decision makers and specifiers including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
2. Drive results by planning and carrying out proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
3. Accurate and efficient opportunity management and development recording using the company CRM system.
4. Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and other functions.
5. Collaboration with partner colleagues within the Etex business and regular liaison with other company departments including customer services, technical, and marketing.
What you’ll bring:
1. Experience within the construction industry in a field-based role.
2. A proven history of personal sales account growth whilst contributing to overall team success is essential.
3. A track record of efficient and profitable account management.
4. Confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
