The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of building regulations, surveying tasks and the reporting involved. Your skills and experience: Be involved in and lead numerous projects to reinstate commercial properties following damage by an insured peril. Participate in a wide range of surveying activities, ranging from technical reporting, defects diagnosis, preparing Schedule of Works, Tender documents, contract administration and project management. Work very closely with colleagues in the Loss Adjusting teams to build relationships. MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor or suitably experienced and working towards becoming Chartered. A building-related degree. Full UK driving licence essential. Extensive knowledge of building construction and relevant legislation.
