Your first year as a Registered Nurse is important to us. We know that it can feel a little daunting starting your Nursing career, and that's why we've developed an outstanding preceptorship programme to help get you settled and guide you through the first year. You'll be supported with a mentor, an induction, and supernumerary period, plus have access to professional Nurse Advocates, specially trained to provide support in clinical practice.

We'll help you to grow your skills and will invest in your training and development, providing CPD, paid study leave, and funding for specialist qualifications.
