There is an exciting opportunity to work within the newly created Restructuring Delivery Team, alongside our graduate and school leaver intake making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the RDT.
We are looking for an Associate to join our growing Restructuring Delivery Team with a remit to deliver high quality, compliant insolvency processes whilst complimenting complex cases and suggesting solutions to ensure that we achieve the best result for an insolvent entity’s stakeholders.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Assisting and supporting the delivery of processes of each of the seats in accordance with standard procedures and relevant compliance of RDT, Restructuring Advisory and RSM as a whole.
2. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
3. Developing internal relationships with colleagues both within RDT as well as the wider RSM service lines to support delivery of RDT objectives.
4. Working with others to manage both graduate and school leavers within RDT, including training, coaching, delegating tasks, and supervising staff.
What we are looking for:
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
1. CPI qualification beneficial but not a prerequisite for the role.
2. Demonstrable experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency in a similar role e.g. Assistant Manager.
3. Proficient user of case management system e.g. IPS or similar.
4. Experience of making decisions, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
5. Strong insolvency technical knowledge.
6. Good time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple commitments.
7. Strong communication skills & commitment to high quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
8. Commitment to continued personal development and a strong desire to develop and train junior members of the team.
