My client is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their main dealership in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry.
Role Overview:
As the Used Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and budgets, which include used cars, accessories, overheads, and related items. Your goal will be to achieve marketing, sales, and financial targets while optimizing all available resources—material, financial, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise sales opportunities by ensuring that the sales process is followed.
* Lead and motivate a focused, high-performing team, offering training and guidance as necessary.
* Drive vehicle sales forward, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with manufacturers to liaise about volume sales.
* Contribute to developing operating policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
