THE ROLE:
As a CRM Data Analyst, you will:
* Deliver actionable customer insights to drive growth.
* Manage data flows and analytics within Salesforce CRM Analytics.
* Apply predictive modelling and machine learning to forecast trends.
* Build self-serve dashboards and data visualisations.
* Support customer strategy and marketing with data-driven decisions.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The CRM Data Analyst will ideally have the following:
* Data analysis experience, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Strong SQL/SAQL experience.
* Predictive modelling and statistical analysis skills.
* Experience in omnichannel marketing and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
