Job Title: Senior Change Manager
A leading foodservice distributor is undergoing a transformation agenda, seeking a Senior Change Manager to oversee and drive organisational change initiatives. This role involves actively leading the enablement and embedding of the company's change framework, ensuring employees adopt new ways of working, habits, behaviours, and processes to achieve desired business outcomes.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and manage complex change projects, diagnosing impacts and ensuring alignment with business goals. They will work closely with senior stakeholders across all functions to ensure change initiatives are aligned with the company's vision.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of six main transformational programmes that will transform the business through a period of growth. The Senior Change Manager will play a pivotal role in liaising with programme teams and sponsors, diagnosing change impacts at various levels, and presenting key recommendations for interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with HR and PMO teams to provide a comprehensive picture of change across the organisation.
* Ensure change initiatives align with stakeholder expectations and goals, including senior leadership.
* Identify and facilitate necessary resources, including budget, people, and tools, required for change initiatives.
* Support delivering change on large projects, ensuring the framework and approach meet business requirements.
* Deploy and adhere to the framework and tools within the organisation.
* Identify potential risks associated with change, streamline terminology, and develop mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate all change activity cross-functionally.
* Work with internal Communications teams to engage and facilitate communication plans.
* Represent the company at European steering groups on change management.
* Ensure change initiatives comply with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
* Monitor progress, ensuring the change management approach aligns with project management approach.
* Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on change initiative status.
* Continuously review and improve tools, templates, and processes within the framework.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
* Function as a role model and advocate for change, encouraging others to embrace new ways of working.
About You:
We're seeking a proven change management professional with experience in organisational development, ideally at a leadership level. Knowledge of managing large-scale enterprise change initiatives in a global organisation is essential. The ideal candidate will successfully embed the Change Framework, focusing on positively changing mindsets, educating senior leaders, and working closely with the PMO.
