We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Agency Attendance, Assessment & Achievement Administrator to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Exams Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the effective administration of college examinations and examination processes across multiple campuses.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Administer all examinations and safeguard examination papers in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisations’ rules and regulations.
* Manage the booking of online testing centres at Bromley and Orpington sites, as well as other physical resources and spaces used for examinations.
* Coordinate the scheduling of the online exam timetable, invigilators, and additional support for learners, ensuring compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation rules and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working in an educational environment, ideally in exams or MIS.
* Familiarity with or knowledge of the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills combined with proficient IT and sound administration skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
